Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

3 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley or chives, for garnish

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Prepare the glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Arrange the salmon: Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle the honey mustard glaze evenly over each fillet, making sure they're well coated.

Bake the salmon: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The glaze should caramelize slightly.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley or chives and serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Enjoy: Pair your honey mustard glazed salmon with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh green salad for a complete meal!
