For the Shrimp:

1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper to taste

Juice of 1 lime

For the Cilantro Lime Slaw:

2 cups green cabbage, finely shredded

1 cup red cabbage, finely shredded

1/2 cup carrots, julienned

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 2 limes

2 tablespoons mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)

1 teaspoon honey

Salt and pepper to taste

For Assembly:

8 small corn or flour tortillas

Avocado slices (optional)

Lime wedges, for serving

Prepare the Slaw: In a large mixing bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, and cilantro. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, mayonnaise, honey, salt, and pepper. Pour this dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until everything is well coated. Set aside to let the flavors meld.

    Season the Shrimp: In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Squeeze the juice of 1 lime over the shrimp and toss to coat evenly.

      Cook the Shrimp: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat.

        Warm the Tortillas: While the shrimp cooks, warm the tortillas. You can do this by placing them in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side, or by wrapping them in aluminum foil and placing them in a warm oven.
