1 medium apple, cored and chopped (preferably Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1 banana, frozen

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust based on taste)

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Ice cubes (as needed for consistency)

Prepare the ingredients: Begin by washing and coring the apple, then chop it into smaller pieces. Peel and slice the frozen banana.

    Blend: In a blender, combine the chopped apple, frozen banana, almond milk, ground cinnamon, honey (or maple syrup), Greek yogurt, and chia seeds (if using).
