1 package of store-bought pizza dough (or homemade if preferred)

1 cup marinara sauce (plus extra for dipping)

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup sliced pepperoni (or your preferred pizza toppings)

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Cornmeal (for dusting)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle with cornmeal to prevent sticking.

    Prepare the Dough: On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick. Ensure it retains a good amount of flour to prevent sticking.

      Add Sauce and Cheese: Spread a generous layer of marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.

        Layer with Toppings: Scatter your desired toppings across the cheese, ensuring even distribution for a delicious bite in every roll-up. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan on top followed by the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes if using.
