1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped

1/4 cup sweet pickle relish

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large lettuce leaves (romaine or butter lettuce)

Optional toppings: sliced olives, cherry tomatoes, or avocado slices

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Add the chopped celery, red bell pepper, sweet pickle relish, and lemon juice to the tuna mixture. Stir until the vegetables are well-distributed throughout the tuna.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust as needed for your flavor preference.

To assemble, take one large lettuce leaf and spoon a generous amount of the tuna salad mixture onto the center of the leaf.

If desired, add optional toppings like sliced olives, cherry tomatoes, or avocado slices for extra flavor and garnish.

Carefully fold the sides of the lettuce leaf over the tuna salad, forming a boat shape. Repeat this with the remaining leaves and filling.
