Ingredients

1 large bag of tortilla chips

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup prosciutto, sliced into strips

1 cup salami, chopped

1/2 cup pepperoni slices

1/2 cup pickled jalapeños (more or less to taste)

1/2 cup black olives, sliced

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup spicy mustard or aioli for dipping

Fresh arugula for garnish

Optional: 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, chopped

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Layer Chips: On a large baking sheet or oven-safe platter, spread a generous layer of tortilla chips evenly across the surface.

Add Cheeses: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses evenly over the chips, ensuring every corner has some coverage.

Top with Meats: Begin layering the prosciutto, salami, and pepperoni over the cheesy chips, distributing them for an even flavor with every bite.

Add Veggies: Scatter pickled jalapeños, black olives, and cherry tomatoes atop the nachos, adding colorful flair and additional flavor.

Bake: Place the loaded nachos in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Finish: Once baked, remove from the oven and sprinkle fresh basil and green onions on top for a fresh touch.

Garnish: Add dollops of sour cream across the nachos and serve the spicy mustard or aioli on the side for dipping. For an optional touch, add roasted red peppers for an extra burst of flavor.

Serve: Serve the nachos while hot, with a small bowl of arugula on the side to give guests the option to top their nachos with some fresh greens.
