Ingredients

1 large bag of tortilla chips

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup sliced pepperoni

1 cup diced salami

1 cup crumbled blue cheese or feta

1 cup sliced black olives

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup pickled jalapeños

1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup guacamole

1/4 cup balsamic glaze (for drizzling)

Optional: Hot sauce for extra spice

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients: Gather all your ingredients. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to begin the warming process for your nachos.

Layer the Chips: On a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread an even layer of tortilla chips. Ensure they cover the entire surface for an even distribution of toppings.

Cheese Layering: Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese over the chip layer.

Add Meats: Evenly distribute the sliced pepperoni and diced salami on top of the cheese. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses on top to create a gooey, cheesy finish.

Bake the Nachos: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning.

Add Fresh Toppings: Once the nachos are out of the oven, immediately sprinkle on the crumbled blue cheese, sliced black olives, cherry tomatoes, jalapeños, and red onion for a fresh touch.

Garnish and Drizzle: Finish off your nachos by sprinkling the chopped parsley over the top. Drizzle balsamic glaze artistically across the nachos for a sweet and tangy contrast.

Serve with Dips: Serve hot with dollops of sour cream and guacamole on the side. For those who like it spicy, provide hot sauce options as well.

Enjoy: Dig in with a fork or by hand, making sure to get all the layers in one delicious bite!
