1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, and pecans)

1 cup popped popcorn (air-popped)

1/2 cup dried cranberries (or raisins for a sweeter mix)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare Chickpeas: Spread the rinsed chickpeas on the baking sheet and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel. This helps them get crispy!
