4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 medium onion, chopped

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

4 cups fresh spinach, chopped

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prep the Chicken: Season both sides of each chicken breast with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
