1 large lemon (zested and juiced)

4 cloves garlic (minced)

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 cup fresh spinach or arugula

Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Cook the Pasta: Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti or fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the rest and set the pasta aside.
