2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 large egg

1 tablespoon water

Cooking spray (for spraying the air fryer basket)

Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes while you prepare the avocado fries.

    Prepare the Avocados: Slice the avocados into wedges (about 6 wedges per half). Carefully scoop them out of the skin with a spoon, keeping them intact.

      Make the Breading Mixture: In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
