Ingredients

1 package (12 oz) of fresh or frozen ravioli (cheese or your choice of filling)

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Cooking spray or olive oil spray

Marinara sauce (for dipping, optional)

Grated Parmesan cheese (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Ravioli: If using frozen ravioli, follow the package instructions to cook them slightly (al dente) to ensure they hold their shape. Drain and let them cool.

Set Up the Breading Station: In three separate shallow bowls, place the flour in the first bowl, the beaten eggs in the second, and combine the panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper in the third bowl.

Bread the Ravioli: Dip each ravioli first into the flour, shaking off any excess, then into the beaten eggs to coat, and finally into the seasoned panko breadcrumbs. Press lightly to adhere the breadcrumbs to the ravioli. Place the breaded ravioli on a plate or a baking sheet.

Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.

Air Fry the Ravioli: Lightly spray the basket of the air fryer with cooking spray. Arrange the breaded ravioli in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Lightly spray the tops of the ravioli with cooking spray for a golden finish.

Cook: Air fry the ravioli for 8-10 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden-brown and crispy.

Serve: Remove the crunchy air-fried ravioli bites from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute. Serve them warm with marinara sauce for dipping and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
