2 cans (15 oz each) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon ground cumin

¼ teaspoon salt (or to taste)

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Optional: fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easier cleanup.

    Prep the Chickpeas: After draining the chickpeas, pat them dry using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels. The drier they are, the crunchier they will become when roasted.
