Instructions

Prepare the Base:

Start by selecting a large wooden board or a platter. Lay down a small parchment paper circle in the center to help with spreading.

      Arrange the Meats:

Divide the prosciutto, salami, and chorizo into sections on the board. Roll or fold the meats for a more aesthetically pleasing look. Create a circular or fan shape to encourage grazing.

          Add the Cheeses:

Place the cheeses around the meats. For softer cheeses like Brie and Goat cheese, provide small cheese knives. Cut the aged cheddar into small triangles and fan them out for easy access.

              Incorporate Fresh and Dried Fruits:

Fill in the gaps with fresh strawberries, blue grapes, and dried apricots. Arrange them in a way that adds color and balance to the board.

                  Nuts & Crackers Time:

Scatter Marcona almonds and walnuts in different areas around the board. Then, place assorted crackers and slices of baguette around the perimeter for easy snacking.

                      Add Spreads:

In small ramekins, portion out honey and whole grain mustard. Position them on the board to invite guests to dip and spread.

                          Garnish:

Finish off the board with fresh herbs and, if you have them, a few edible flowers for an extra pop of color. Drizzle a little honey over the goat cheese, if desired, for a sweet touch.

                              Final Touches:

Step back and admire your beautiful creation! Ensure everything is easily accessible and invite your guests to dig in.
