1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla-flavored)

1 scoop chocolate protein powder (whey or plant-based)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

1/4 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1/2 banana, mashed (for added creaminess)

A pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and mashed banana. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

    Gradually add the almond milk to the mixture, stirring until fully combined. This helps to achieve a smoother consistency.

      Stir in the mini chocolate chips and a pinch of sea salt, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

        Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.

          Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and tap gently on the counter to remove any air bubbles.

            Cover the molds with a lid or aluminum foil to prevent ice crystals from forming.

              Freeze the pops for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.

                To remove the pops from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for 10-20 seconds, then gently pull them out.

                  For an extra treat, dip the tops of the protein pops into melted chocolate and sprinkle with additional mini chocolate chips before serving.
