Ingredients

For the Frozen Yogurt:

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

For the Cream Puff Dough:

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 cup water

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

4 large eggs

For the Whipped Cream:

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Prepare the Frozen Yogurt:

    - In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.

      - Gently fold in the mixed berries, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture.

        - Pour the mixture into an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

          Make the Cream Puff Dough:

            - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

              - In a medium saucepan, combine butter and water; bring to a boil.

                - Once boiling, remove from heat, and add flour and salt all at once. Stir vigorously until the mixture forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan.

                  - Allow the dough to cool slightly before adding the eggs, one at a time, stirring well after each addition until smooth and glossy.

                    - Spoon or pipe the dough onto the prepared baking sheet in 1-inch mounds (about a tablespoon each), spacing them about 2 inches apart.

                      - Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the puffs are golden brown and firm to the touch. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.

                        Prepare the Whipped Cream:

                          - In a medium bowl, combine heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Use an electric mixer to whip until stiff peaks form and the cream is fluffy.

                            Assemble the Dessert:

                              - Once the cream puffs are cool, carefully cut a small slit in the side of each puff to create an opening.

                                - Fill each cream puff with a dollop of whipped cream.

                                  - Remove the frozen yogurt from the freezer and let it sit for a few minutes to soften slightly. Use an ice cream scoop to create nice round balls of the frozen yogurt mixture.

                                    - Serve the filled cream puffs alongside the frozen yogurt.
