Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1 cup pitted cherries (fresh or frozen)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)

Pinch of sea salt (to enhance flavor)

Instructions

Prepare the Cherries: If using fresh cherries, wash them thoroughly, remove the pits, and chop into smaller pieces. If using frozen, allow them to thaw slightly and chop if necessary. Set aside.

Mix the Yogurt Base: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly until well combined and smooth.

Incorporate the Cherries: Gently fold in the chopped cherries into the yogurt mixture. Ensure the cherries are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt.

Fill the Molds: Pour the yogurt-cherry mixture into silicone ice cube trays or any small molds. Tap the molds gently on the counter to remove any air bubbles and ensure even distribution.

Melt the Chocolate: In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.

Drizzle the Chocolate: Once the yogurt cubes are filled, drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of each cube. You can use a spoon or a fork to create artistic patterns if desired. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top for added flavor.

Freeze the Cubes: Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours or until completely frozen. For best results, leave them overnight.

Serve: Remove the yogurt cubes from the molds by gently pulling them out. Serve immediately or store in a zip-lock bag in the freezer for future snacking!

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 6 hours | Servings: 12 cubes (approximately)
