Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or your favorite flavored yogurt)

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup fresh blueberries

1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

A pinch of salt

12 ice pop molds or small cups with wooden sticks

Instructions

Prep the Fruit: In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and pineapple chunks. If your fruits are not sweet enough, drizzle with a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup and gently mix to coat. Set aside.

Make the Yogurt Mixture: In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, remaining honey (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth and combined.

Layer the Pops: Start by placing a tablespoon of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of each ice pop mold or cup. Then, add a layer of mixed fruit. Repeat the process, alternating between yogurt and fruit, until the molds are filled to the top.

Insert Sticks: If using ice pop molds, carefully insert the sticks. If using small cups, place a stick in the center of each cup.

Freeze: Place the molds or cups in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours or until fully frozen.

Unmold and Serve: Once frozen, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to help release the pops. Slowly pull them out and serve immediately, or store them in a freezer bag for later enjoyment.

Garnish (optional): You can drizzle a little extra honey or sprinkle some shredded coconut on top before serving for an extra touch!
