Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 cup fresh pineapple, finely chopped

¼ cup honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup granola (choose your favorite blend)

¼ cup shredded coconut (optional)

¼ cup nuts (like almonds or walnuts, chopped)

Silicone muffin molds or ice cube trays

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chopped pineapple, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.

Add half of the granola, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts to the yogurt mixture. Mix gently to incorporate the crunchy elements.

Spoon the yogurt mixture into the silicone muffin molds or ice cube trays, filling them to about three-quarters full.

Sprinkle the remaining granola and nuts on top of each yogurt bomb, pressing down lightly to ensure they adhere to the mixture.

Cover the molds with plastic wrap or a lid, then place them in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until fully frozen.

Once frozen, carefully remove the yogurt bombs from the molds. You might need to run warm water over the outside of the molds to help them pop out easily.

Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy your refreshing snacks!
