2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup sliced almonds or nuts of choice

1/2 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or chunks

1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Extra chocolate chips and mini marshmallows for topping (optional)

Instructions
 

Prep the Pan: Line an 8x8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, graham cracker crumbs, sliced almonds, mini marshmallows, and dark chocolate chips. Stir well to combine the dry ingredients evenly.

      Prepare the Wet Mixture: In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth.

        Combine: Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly until all the oats and graham cracker crumbs are well-coated with the yogurt mixture, ensuring an even consistency.
