1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream (optional for serving)

Cook the Turkey: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground turkey. Cook until browned, breaking it up into smaller pieces, about 5-7 minutes.

    Add Vegetables: Stir in the diced onions and garlic. Sauté until the onions become translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

      Season: Mix in the chopped green chili peppers, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.

        Prepare the Wraps: Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface. Evenly distribute the turkey and chili mixture across the center of each tortilla, leaving about an inch on each side.
