2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

1 ripe mango, diced

1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped

1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large lettuce leaves (romaine or butter lettuce)

Tortilla wraps (optional, for extra wrap stability)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: If you haven't already, cook the chicken breast. You can grill, roast, or boil it until cooked through, then shred it into bite-sized pieces.
