Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated flaky biscuit dough

6 large eggs

1/2 cup whole milk

1 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled (or diced ham/bacon)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup bell pepper, finely chopped

1/4 cup green onions, sliced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Cooking spray (for greasing muffin tin)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Prepare Biscuit Base: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Flatten each biscuit into a disk about 1/4 inch thick. Press each disk into the bottom and up the sides of the muffin tin cups to form a small crust.

Mix Filling: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Add Ingredients: Stir in the crumbled sausage, shredded cheese, chopped bell pepper, and sliced green onions into the egg mixture. Make sure all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Fill Cups: Pour the egg mixture evenly into each biscuit-lined muffin cup. Be careful not to overfill – about 3/4 full will allow for rising.

Bake: Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the egg is set and the tops are golden brown.

Cool and Serve: Let the casserole cups cool in the muffin tin for 5 minutes before gently removing them. Serve warm and enjoy your mini breakfast delight!
