Ingredients

1 package of wonton wrappers (about 30 wrappers)

2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)

1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup romaine lettuce, finely chopped

1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, diced

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Olive oil spray

Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare Wonton Wrappers: Lightly spray a muffin tin with olive oil. Carefully press each wonton wrapper into the muffin cups to form mini cups. Make sure the edges are flared out for a nice presentation.

Bake Wrappers: Place the wonton wrappers in the oven and bake for about 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning. Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.

Mix Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.

Fill Wonton Cups: Once the baked wonton cups have cooled slightly, use a spoon to fill each cup generously with the chicken Caesar mixture.

Optional Garnish: If desired, sprinkle a bit more Parmesan cheese on top and add a sprig of fresh parsley for a pop of color.

Serve: Serve the mini chicken Caesar wonton bites warm or at room temperature as an appetizer or a delightful party snack!
