For the Waffle Cones:

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup buttermilk

2 large eggs

2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp melted butter

For the Chicken Filling:

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 large egg, beaten

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Oil, for frying

For the Honey Mustard Sauce:

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup honey

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Waffle Cones:

    - In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, buttermilk, eggs, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, vanilla extract, and melted butter until smooth.

      - Preheat a waffle cone maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

        - Pour a small amount of batter onto the waffle cone maker and cook until golden brown. Remove and carefully shape it into a cone while still warm. Repeat this process until you have enough waffle cones (about 12-15 mini cones).

          Cook the Chicken:

            - In a bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken cubes in the mixture, coating them evenly.
