4 cups Rice Krispies cereal

1 ½ cups mini marshmallows

1 cup milk chocolate chips

½ cup creamy peanut butter

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

¼ cup honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup crushed graham crackers

Extra marshmallows and chocolate for topping (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Pan: Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later. Spray with non-stick cooking spray for added ease.

    Melt the Mixture: In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine peanut butter, honey, and cocoa powder. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and combined. Remove from heat, and stir in the vanilla extract.

      Mix in the Marshmallows: Quickly add the mini marshmallows (1 ½ cups) to the saucepan and mix until they are evenly coated with the chocolate-peanut butter mixture. The residual heat will soften the marshmallows slightly, making them easier to mix.

        Combine with Rice Krispies: In a large mixing bowl, add the Rice Krispies cereal and crushed graham crackers. Pour the melted mixture over the cereals and graham crackers, and gently fold everything together until well combined.

          Press into the Pan: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press it down evenly with a spatula or your clean hands. Make sure to pack it firmly for the bars to hold together.
