4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1 lb asparagus, trimmed

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 lemon (zested and juiced)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

    Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.

      Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken thighs in a large mixing bowl or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor in the fridge).

        Arrange in the Pan: In a large oven-safe skillet, arrange the marinated chicken thighs in a single layer. Scatter the trimmed asparagus around the chicken.

          Drizzle & Toss: Drizzle any remaining marinade over the asparagus, ensuring they are well coated. Season with additional salt and pepper if desired.

            Roast in the Oven: Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the asparagus is tender-crisp.
