2 ripe avocados

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

    Prepare the Avocados: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and gently scoop out a small amount of flesh from the center to create a little more space for the filling. Brush the insides of the avocado halves with lemon juice to prevent browning.
