2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 lime, juiced

For the Avocado Cream:

1 ripe avocado

1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

Salt, to taste

For the Tacos:

8 small corn tortillas

Shredded cabbage or lettuce

Sliced radishes (for garnish)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Shrimp:

    - In a bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Ensure the shrimp are evenly coated. Let them marinate for about 10 minutes while you prepare the avocado cream.

      Make the Avocado Cream:

        - In a blender or food processor, place the avocado, sour cream, lime juice, cilantro, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Set aside.

          Cook the Shrimp:

            - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat.

              Warm the Tortillas:

                - In a separate pan, warm up the corn tortillas on medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until they are soft and pliable. You can also wrap them in foil and place them in a warm oven for this step.

                  Assemble the Tacos:

                    - Lay a generous amount of shredded cabbage on each tortilla, top with a few shrimp, and drizzle the avocado cream over the top. Garnish with sliced radishes and chopped cilantro.

                      Serve:

                        - Serve the tacos immediately with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the top. Enjoy your zesty shrimp tacos with a refreshing crunch!
