For the Grilled Chicken:

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon chili powder

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Tacos:

8 small corn tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 avocado, sliced

Crumbled feta cheese (optional)

Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

Prepare the Spicy Blueberry Salsa:

    - In a mixing bowl, combine the fresh blueberries, chopped red onion, minced jalapeño, lime juice, honey, and chopped cilantro.

      - Season with salt and pepper to taste.

        - Gently fold the ingredients together and set aside to allow the flavors to meld.

          Grill the Chicken:

            - Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

              - In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture over both sides of the chicken breasts.

                - Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.

                  Warm the Tortillas:

                    - While the chicken is resting, warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side until they are pliable and have grill marks.

                      Assemble the Tacos:

                        - Place a handful of shredded lettuce on each tortilla, followed by a few strips of the grilled chicken.

                          - Top with a generous spoonful of the spicy blueberry salsa and a few slices of avocado. If desired, sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese for extra flavor.

                            Serve:

                              - Serve the tacos with lime wedges on the side for an added zesty kick!
