4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)

Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)

Blanch the Green Beans: In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and the trimmed green beans. Blanch for about 3-4 minutes until they turn bright green and are tender-crisp. Drain and immediately transfer to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Drain again and set aside.

    Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to let it burn.
