Ingredients

8 ounces penne pasta

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooked bacon bits (optional, for topping)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat Oven & Cook Pasta: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth. Stir in the minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes (if using), and season with salt and pepper.

Mix in Main Ingredients: Add the cooked chicken, chopped spinach, and chopped artichoke hearts to the cream mixture. Fold in the cooked pasta until everything is evenly coated.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Transfer the pasta mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown on top.

Finishing Touches: If you're using bacon bits, sprinkle them on top during the last 5 minutes of baking for added flavor and crunch.

Serve & Garnish: Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
