Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup honey

1 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)

8 oz assorted deli meats (such as salami, turkey, and prosciutto)

1 cup mixed cheese (cheddar, gouda, or pepper jack), shredded

1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (red, yellow, or green)

1/2 cup sliced cucumbers

1/4 cup sweet pickles, chopped

1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)

Fresh arugula or spinach, for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Cream Cheese Spread: In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, honey, and sriracha sauce until well blended. Taste and adjust the spice level to your liking by adding more sriracha or honey.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the sweet and spicy cream cheese mixture over the entire tortilla, leaving about an inch gap around the edges.

Layer the Ingredients: Begin layering the assorted deli meats evenly across the center of the tortilla. Follow with a sprinkle of the mixed cheese, sliced bell peppers, cucumbers, sweet pickles, jalapeños, and a handful of arugula or spinach.

Rolling the Wrap: Starting from one end, tightly roll the tortilla up, ensuring the filling remains intact. Tuck in the sides as you roll to secure the ingredients.

Slice the Wraps: Once rolled, use a sharp knife to slice the wrap into bite-sized pieces or halves, depending on your preference.

Serve and Enjoy: Arrange the wraps on a platter, and serve immediately. You can also drizzle some additional honey or a dash of sriracha on top for an extra flavor boost.
