2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup honey (plus more for drizzling)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup sliced almonds

1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Optional: 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips, for an extra touch of sweetness

Prepare the Yogurt Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir until well blended and creamy.

    Line the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet (about 9x13 inches) with parchment paper. This will prevent the yogurt from sticking and ensure easy removal later.

      Spread the Yogurt Mixture: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it evenly, creating a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.

        Add Toppings: Sprinkle the sliced almonds and mixed berries evenly over the yogurt layer. If you're using dark chocolate chips, sprinkle them on top as well. Press down gently on the toppings so they adhere to the yogurt.
