1 can (5 oz) of tuna, drained

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Zest of 1 lemon

1/4 cup celery, finely chopped

1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh dill or parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper, to taste

8 large lettuce leaves (e.g., Romaine or Butter lettuce)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Lemon slices, for garnish

Prepare the Tuna Mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, celery, red bell pepper, and fresh dill or parsley. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
