3 cups fresh watermelon, cubed and deseeded

1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, packed

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

Juice of 1 lime

1/2 cup coconut water (or plain water)

Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Ingredients: Start by cubing the watermelon and ensuring it is deseeded. Rinse the fresh mint leaves thoroughly to remove any dirt.

    Combine in Blender: In a blender, add the cubed watermelon, fresh mint leaves, Greek yogurt, honey or agave syrup, lime juice, and coconut water.

      Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high until all the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth. If you prefer a colder smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until desired texture is achieved.
